My weight loss efforts have been less than futile. I gained even MORE this week! UGH! How the hell did that happen?! Actually, I know how it happened: I ate too much and too late. Even though I said no more late night eating, I have been stuffing my face as if it's the last time I'll ever get to eat. God, I don't know why I keep sabotaging myself like this. I definitely don't feel good doing it and I don't feel good afterwards, so wtf?!
