I am so unbelievably pissed right now. I gained 5 pounds in a week. FIVE!! How the hell did that happen? Your guess is as good as mine because I have been on track (besides ONE day and there is no way in hell I ate enough to gain 5 pounds in one day). Holy crap.
Moving on...I have been doing double workouts lately to make up for Vegas (not that they're doing me any good now, but we won't talk about that again). Yesterday was plyo legs and 40 min of step. I ate pretty clean yesterday too...actually, I ate VERY clean. Today it's biceps/shoulders/triceps (my favorite muscle combo to work)and some abs. I might lay off the cardio today depending how inspired I am; my legs are fried from yesterday and Intensity is on the menu for tomorrow so I don't wanna be too sore.
Met with the hospital yesterday and I am getting hours for next week, yay!! We're aiming for 5 hrs, 3 days a week. This is gonna be hard with school and my job and yes, working out; it's gonna take some serious scheduling skills. I need to be diligent about studying too; I figure if I study every day after each lecture then it will cut down on the time I need to put in studying for tests and such. I also need to buy my new "wardrobe" for when I shadow: khakis and polo shirts. Ugh, not very fashion friendly but then again, at least I don't have to think about what I'm gonna wear every day.
