Ugh, I was doing so well and this week I have been fucking it up with my calorie intake. Actually, yesterday was the only really big failure: went over cals by about 300. Not sure wtf the deal is?! The problem with dieting...err, I mean changing your lifestyle...is that it's practically a science; so many factors can come into play that you kinda need to do a trial and error to see what exactly works. My hypothesis is maybe I'm waiting too long to eat breakfast so it's setting me up for stuffing my face later on in the day? I read somewhere that you need to fuel up within an hour of waking so I'm gonna try that and see what happens. Then I will have an hour to digest and catch up on emails, MFP, cleaning up, etc before I go do my workout. Sounds like a good plan to me. I also started back up on BC recently so I'm wondering if that's contributing to my over-eating??? God, I hope not! My doc told me it does exacerbate cravings and mood swings (DA got a taste of that the other day) so I need to find some hobbies to keep that crap in check!
I finally got an interview at the hospital for my PT internship. It's about damn time. I got fed up waiting for them to call me so I called the PT department head directly and asked him to help me, which he did. So I am going in today and hopefully they will put me on the schedule since I already got all my medical docs to get this ish started! Can't wait!!! :)
School also starts Monday. I'm kinda looking forward to it and kinda dreading it at the same time: 15 weeks' worth of material crammed into 7. Greeeaaattt...SO glad I'm only taking 1 class. I am excited to get out of the house 4 days a week though!
