Week Three Stats

I'm gonna do the measurements at the end of week 4 since that will mark when I've completed a month of P90X. So far the weight-loss results are awesome: 6 pounds in 3 weeks. I will take it! I haven't changed anything but doing the workouts; I'm still pretty much eating the same way I've always been and I still go out about once a week to the bar. So imagine what would happen if I cleaned all those shennanigans up! I'm hopeful that I will have lost at LEAST an inch from somewhere, anywhere, I don't care!

I went out with MMA boy on Friday. I actually really am starting to like this kid. His cousin is already planning our wedding and her boyfriend gave me the "you're in the family now" speech last night. I told them they need to slow their rolls because we haven't even gone out to DINNER yet, let alone the fact that we are not really dating. I guess "seeing each other" is the correct term? Who the hell knows; this is why I hate dating with a fiery passion. You like me, I like you, let's be together. That's how it was in high school so why isn't it like that in real life? Not that I'm in a rush to put a label on this already.

One thing that's good about talking to this guy is that he keeps me extremely accountable in terms of my workouts and diet. I just think of everything he does and the hours he works on his martial arts and I'm like "Ok, stop being lazy; you can run for a half hour." Last week, that's exactly what I did; I really wanted to sit outside and I was gonna blow off my run but he called and started talking about hitting people and perfecting his form so I felt kinda like a sloth. I told him he volunteered to be my cheerleader from now on whenever I'm feeling like a fat ass.
