I'm hungry. Soooo freakin hungry. I really want some ice cream...or a brownie..or ANYTHING chocolate and horrible for me but that's not gonna happen. Instead, I brewed myself a cup of this Lipton honey & vanilla tea. It's actually not too bad; I threw a smidgen of stevia extract in to sweeten it up a tiny bit and it tastes pretty good and is curing my cravings...for now.
Today I did P90X plyos and actually didn't feel like I was gonna vomit halfway through. In fact, I was taking it up a notch and jumping like a friggin maniac in most of the moves and for once I was going faster than the people in the video. I felt so amazing afterward. Then I did 5 sets of 20 reps of wipers with the stability ball, alternating with 20 mountain climbers. I need to get these abs into shape. They are soft and mushy and flabby...yuck. Not cool for summer. I also want to tighten my ass up A LOT. I tried these really cute shorts on that I've had for 2 years and still haven't worn. The good news is I can finally get into them but the bad news is they aren't fitting as well as I'd like them to. The goal is to wear these bad boys on moving day.
Speaking of moving day, I can't believe how fast it's coming! I'm soooo excited! My going away party is next Saturday and I'm trying SO super hard to not eat anything like sugar or white flour from now until then to get rid of some of this bloat (and also secretly to gloat in front of BFF who rejected me to show him what he's missing out on ;)).
MMA boy wants to help me get to my goal of doing a full set of manly pushups. This is another motivation to get my ass in gear cuz he has maybe 5% body fat so if we're working out together I'm gonna need to step it up. He's also helping me with filing for student loans cuz I have no idea what I'm doing and he's a financial advisor so there ya go. Oh man, I really wish this kid was 5 years older...just my luck. Gah, oh well he is over 21 so that's all I need for right now :-D
