It's so nice out, I can't even stand it! I felt like a mole waking up and blinking this morning since we haven't had sun in over a week! Today the new boy (we will call him DA) is taking me to a little town on the water and I suggested we visit the Buddhist monastary too since it's right there. We wanted to do something outside. Can't wait!
My workouts have been kick ass! This morning was STS plyo legs, Kick Max timesaver premix, and 20 min of Stretch Max, so about 110 min total. My legs are pretty much fried so I'm kinda hoping DA doesn't throw in a hike today (though I am bringing my sneakers just in case...a girl needs to be prepared). Ugh, one thing I was disgusted at was during the rapid fire kicks in KM: my inner thighs are SO friggin flabby! They were flailing around like sails in the wind. Need to work on tightening those puppies up, so hopefully my double leg WOs will help. I am gonna do that all summer. I also saw FitnessFreakk posted a new "Get Ready for Summer" rotation on the Cathe boards; I loved her rotation last year, so I will check this one out too and maybe do that when we get back from Vegas.
My eating last night was not that great. Well, I didn't eat crap BUT I did go over my calories. Not sure why I was so hungry???
Speaking of eating, last night I went to Applebees with my friend and her new lovaaah. I'm not a huge fan of AB, BUT they have skinny margaritas now AND menu items that are WW approved / under 550 calories! I got a skinny margarita and this honey dijon chicken, so the entire meal was around 570 cals! It was pretty good too. Only thing I have a problem with at chains is the excessive salt they use on EVERYTHING. Really, my steamed veggies taste just fine without salt, thanks. Potatoes were kind overcooked too so I didn't eat those.
Skinny Margarita's? Hold me back..im heading to Applebee's ;-)
