I think my crappy workout was due to not eating breakfast. First of all, I woke up super late..10:30 to be exact. I never sleep that late. What woke me up was a random text from my ex from over a year and a half ago asking what was new. We started talking about our current love lives, me telling him mine was a disaster. I told him what happened without using names and for some reason he knew exactly who I was talking about. CRAP. That was the exact thing I did NOT want to happen because we are all mutual friends. Oh well, what can ya do; I was happy to have a man's opinion on the whole ordeal anyway. Basically he practically told me everything I wrote last night: it's this guy's loss, he doesn't know what he's missing out on, blah blah blah.
Anyway, I really want one of these for the new house:
It's called a Dual Wave Versatile Blender and I loooove that it makes shit in travel mugs! Perfect to whip up a protein smoothie before class!!
I'm not a runner but I have been doing the jog/walk thing on the bike path since the weather has been warm. I just love being outside especially during the summer. Maybe I can add a jog/walk session to my P90X weight days when I have some extra energy?
